A full-on (as my daughter says) Class 58 would be very nice as would a Class 42/43 Warships.TElsmore wrote:I would like to see a class 58, with the the various bells and whistles that the Advanced series brings.

Re: Just Trains DIESEL Loco Poll
I would love to see an advanced version of a first generation DMU (maybe a class 108 as they would be useful on several of our routes).
Would be great to have the engine start up procedure and a properly reproduced gear change.

Re: Just Trains DIESEL Loco Poll
Just put my comment in for 68, 56 or 37, or Deltic - impossible to choose!
We already have a much better 47 in the Shap variant, so of the ancient Kuju locos I think 37 or 55.

Yes I agree, those 2 would be nice too including the LMS liveries!emrhd01 wrote:It would be really nice to see these two released in TS2016, British Rail Class D16/1 (LMS No. 10000 and 10001) known as the "Twins". Build date 1947–1948, they lasted until 1963, 1966 (respectively).

Some advanced first gen's DMU Class 104. Locos 47,37,Deltic would be cool, HST.
Re: Just Trains DIESEL Loco Poll
While not a loco, the major gap in the market that DTG aren't filling is the Class 185. An advanced version of that would go down fantastically and has a lot of appeal due to featuring on a lot of the routes that are available in TS.

Re: Just Trains DIESEL Loco Poll
Rather than updating stuff that's already (or has been in the past) available, I'd love to see a few diesels that have never yet been made for TS 20xx, such as the original D600 Warships, which would be a very welcome adition to the 50's Riviera route. Also needed are the Class 23 Baby Deltic, the Class 15 & Class 16 locos, and the two original LMS diesels, 10000 and 10001.

But they won't be able to put TPE colours on the unit due to licence issues which is why DTG have not done it.Iskra wrote:While not a loco, the major gap in the market that DTG aren't filling is the Class 185. Colours aren't the problem, it's the branding and logos that are.749006 wrote:But they won't be able to put TPE colours
Look at all the other stock we've had that comes with correct liveries but *wrong* branding---the red FWS class 37s and 67s as examples, right colours just not the right branding so all it's taken has been a gratis patch by a member of the community to sort that out.

I had meant the logos instead of the colours - I had forgotten the FWS 37, 47, 60 & 67gptech wrote:Colours aren't the problem, it's the branding and logos that are.749006 wrote:But they won't be able to put TPE colours

Another vote here for Warships of all kinds, plus Class 123 and 124 DMUs, early WCML electrics, and the Class 185 without logos if necessary. And what about a Class 26?
Regards, Dave

Re: Just Trains DIESEL Loco Poll
I'd like to see a brand new model and advanced version of the Class 47 - there is hardly a route out there that this won't be at home at.
Although the exterior of the Kuju original has been improved over time, the cabview remains the truly awful default version.
This old classic deserves the JT treatment

Class 40's enjoyed their working life so much they whistled whilst they worked
