Fifties Riviera - Possible to edit scenarios with RWTools?

I was wondering if it is possible to edit scenarios from the Riviera Line in the Fifties Route using RWTools? I am mainly looking at one scenario from the Workshop, to remove a specific train causing me problems. The Route doesn't show in RWTools, I assume because it is locked inside an .ap File. I also can't find the Route in the Steam files to be able to unzip it.
Is it possible?

Use RW_Tools to unpack it - not the main ap file (which is in Assets\DTG\ExeterKingswear, but the Rpoute ap file in Content\Routes\00000059-0000-0000-0000-000000002015

In RW_Tools, File > Open .ap File Manager

Then it will show up in RW_Tools for editing.
