Hi all,
Problem departing Sheffield Victoria.
Signal at green for the right away and the next signal is also at green. As soon as the train is moving and before the signal is passed it changes to red and the next signal is at green.
Has anyone else had this trouble? Or has it been mentioned on the forum.
Regards
Steve.

Re: Great Central Express Part 2
Hi Steve,
Do you mean you get a SPAD? Or are you able to continue?
It might seem a silly question, but are you using MSTS or Open Rails?
Have you changed the tsection.dat file recently?
Sorry for all the questions, but I don't think this problem has been reported before (I might be wrong, of course
).
Cheers,
Ged

Hi Steve
Thanks for downloading the activity. I have heard of this problem before and that time it was due to using an older tsection file. Try updating yours to the latest and see if that solves the problem for you, too.

Hi Ged & Richard
Thank you for your replies.
I am using MSTS and yes it was a SPAD and was not able to continue. As for the tsection.dat file I was using Tsection 41.
After reading your replies just now I have just changed to 42UK and I have tried it again. That seems to have fixed it.
Thank you, very much appreciated

Re: Great Central Express Part 2
Hi Steve,
Glad to be able to help
I think tsection #41 and #42 adjusted some clearances, causing problems to some European routes, which is why #42UK was issued. I believe #38 works just as well with this route.
Cheers,
Ged
