Downloading from site

Downloading from site

Hello,
While I'm downloading the Darjeeling mountain route, the download stops suddenly and has failed, says my browser. And when I return to the site, I'm logged out. I'm using Mozilla Firefox and I'm not a premium user.
What am I doing wrong?
