Would you be looking for me? I'm doing London to Weymouth via Southampton and Bournemouth.

Nah, it couldn't be me, coz I'm nowhere close to uploading my route -- I've just come across the message thread about missing files, etc.

How is your route going ?
Do an unscenaried one like the London Waterloo - Southampton.

Hmm, it's crossed my mind but I think my route would be so boring without any scenery; besides, I'm craving to give the whole route its context by landscaping and placing scenery objects. I've taken a break coz all I'd been doing was laying track and more track, ya know? So, I've been tweaking my sound files so that my trains emit that pitched motor hum when they speed up or slow, 'compressor'(?) sounds every couple of minutes (instead of a few times per minute), real-time braking sounds, etc. -- they altogether sound alright. Track-laying to Weymouth shouldn't be all that bad since there won't be any branch line running parallel to the main line a mile or two to either the north or south of it, come several miles west of Southampton. I'm somewhat dreading the amount of time I'll have to afford to configuring and placing all the signals.

Cheers
