I have posted this question in the 3D Forums, but as it doesn't seem to be very active there, posted here as well.
Been looking at this for awhile now and noted the many updates. As I am a long standing member of 3D Forums having purchased several products over the years.
Out of interest looked for these updates in the area where the Route forum said they could be found (i.e download area). I have never found them.
So from where I'm standing, you can buy the route $30 using PayPal on the home page , but where is it available to be downloaded from and also the updates when they are published?

The main route file and updates are separated from the other TS downloads. Access will be set after your order has been processed.

v1.12.03.16 update is now available. Included are updates to several areas, including the UP and BNSF yards at Bakersfield, as well as address a few issues with traffic lofts.

A new full build of Tehachapi is now available. Updates include scenery updates in Bakersfield and Mojave yards, improved traffic density (some roads with 6 lanes of heavy traffic), and improved lighting for most areas.
