I have GTX 980 and 353.30 driver which has cured the 2D map problem. All systems are different though.
I'm just searching for links like the one above to block any chance of W10 being installed on my pc after the horror stories I've read elsewhere.
I think I'll be staying with my present Nvidia driver for some time .

Yes I have set AA to FXAA+3x3 SSAA and have the same issue with the latest Nvidia drivers. Instead of rolling back drivers wouldn't it be easier just to lower the AA settings in the game ?

Latest 358.50 and the issue is still there. At least for me.

Everyone who thinks this should be fixed , please consider submitting a bug report to nvidia here:

Could it be that this is actually no bug at all and it's just the way it's meant to be played? ;-)

The 2D map at FXAA+3x3 SSAA and the latest Nvidia drivers is now perfect for me. No issues.

What drivers do you use exactly? And are you sure you're not overriding the AA settings in the nvidia control panel?

Drivers 358-50 AA override any application but that doesn't really matter as the last drivers still had the bad graphics in the 2D map using the same settings.

Actually it does matter. I don't know what settings you had before, but the problem has always been there only with the in-game SSAA, when you did an override via NVCP or used in-game MSAA it was OK.

I still get the issue with 358.50. Could you do me a favour please? Could you try to disable the override and see what happens?

Turning AA override any application off brings it back. Turning it back on and the 2D map is alright.

Thanks. So the issue has not been resolved... Or at least not fully...

Trev,

When you turn on the AA Override option in the nVidia control panel. What AA option do you select?

I also run "FXAA+3x3 SSAA" @ 2560x1600 and the 2D map issue certainly occurs on my system using the latest 358.50 drivers.

Cheers.

I think it does not matter. From what I know, the problem has always been occuring only with SSAA set in-game. If you override AA you no longer have in-game SSAA and therefore "resolve" the issue...
