Thanks Skoda, the background to the Route is that I made a very naïve attempt at this route back in the early Railworks days ( I think there are still screenshots in the Railworks forum index) but this was lost, mainly due to my inexperience.

Then Photons66 realised his excellent WCML-Midland route, and purely as a personnel project, I restarted the route using his Rugby area as my start point ( Thank you again Dave for your permission to get this out to the community)

I have relayed Track, replaced Scenery and added long gone places, to give it the look that I remember in my younger days!
So to answer your question.......
1.The tiles from Rugby to New St ( Photons66's) are DEM with a few untouched stretches of his track laying.
2.Continuing from New St to Stafford (with the loop via The Grand Junction Line/Bescot Yard and the line to Walsall and Birchills Power station ( I know..... long gone) are not.

Talking of long gone..........After leaving Sandwell and Dudley, The former Gulf Oil Depot at Albion

Hi
I really like the look of this route, hope fully it will give some one the incentive to make these electric locomotives, classes 81-85,in BR Blue,Tim Court made some really nice ones for MSTS.

Hi Chris..
I seem to recall we had a conversation wayyyy way back about the signal box just before tipton station....( i still have that pic somewhere )
Just thought i would ask if this route will include Tipton (formerly known as Owen Street ) ( i spent a lot of my holidays down there , from the age of 6......Im now 60.....Yikes ).....Cosely and on to Wolverhampton.
Cheers, and good luck with the route, its looking great.

Hi Chris,

I wonder if DTG could be persuaded to release the AL2\Class 82 that was made by he who can't be named,as I believe they took over all his models.

Hi Mike
