I've lost my Bookmarks List - Can you please help ?

Having lost my bookmarks list, would you be able to help me recall a certain site, that has freeware for sale, and has the ability to send you a n itemised receipt for everything you download from them ? I just can't remember what it's called - but think it just might have a "Mar" in the name, somewhere. Thanks if you are able to help !
