There MAY be a situation at http://www.train-sim.com about which you should be aware.
A user with the name of "Stackyam Arjun Kannu" has uploaded two files there in the last week. The first was a scenario which may well be an original creation. The second however is virtually a direct copy of your LT Battery Loco (UKTS file number 20219). The files contained in the new upload are an exact copy of the files and folders in your upload, except that a newly created copy of the image you posted here in your UKTS file description is included in the TrainSim upload.
When I checked my copy of your UKTS file, I couldn't see any mention of restrictions on what other users could do with your files, and there's nothing on that subject in the UKTS file description either. It's true that the TrainSim upload contains your readme .pdf file which places all credit with you and your contributors, but there is no other readme by the uploader in that upload and the file description on TrainSim says that the file is "by" the uploader.
I have no idea whether this user is using their real name at TrainSim nor do I know why they have uploaded this file (especially when it is labelled as an RW3 file, as is their scenario file uploaded earlier). I did note that the readme file in that scenario upload suggests that this user has very little understanding of the English language.
Whether or not you choose to do anything about this situation is of course up to you, but I could not let a possible breach of your IP rights go by without bringing it to your attention.
