Does Anyone Happen To Know What To Tick...

Post by ka959 »

To make the Class 159 DMU show up in the game "TS2015" ?? I want to make a scenario with a Class 159 in it, and, as this is the first time I've used it, I need to know the name of the creator, so it will show up, and allow me to actually use it. If you can help, I'd be most obliged ! Thank you !

Regards...

Sorry about that, but If you mean separately ,at different times, yes, that's right, of course, but as I recall, NO ONE gave me a satisfactory answer to the last one, and do Moderatort really care just why you repeat your request ? Because nobody bothers to reply, thinking "The next persom who comes along, will answer this for me, I suppose !" I simply want an answer to my query, that's all. Truely, I DO get some good replys, to some queries, but some are important to me, and to you, and others who need an answer, as soon as possible. Just because something isn't THAT interesting, doesn't mean nobody needs to provide a sensible reply, if possible - it's only polite, and if it goes unanswered, doesnn't mean I have to answer it, just that I may not have the expertise to answer it clearly enough, but some people DO a really good job of it, you know ! But it answer to your reply, I could be mistaken, but I looked at the DTG list of routes and whatnot, in the slide-out menu, but, as my eyesight isn't too "flash-hot", I may have missed it, as the font for the menu in question, is rather too small to read clearly, and we're not ALL young and healthy, you know, with goog eyesight, and some of us need to be allowed to be forgiven, sometimes ! Hope this will explain myself, sufficiently enough, with apologies to Moderators !

Jim, with the greatest of respect the answer you received in your initial query, although wrong, should have pointed you in the right direction at least.

As you couldn't find it after that it would have been better to answer in the same thread, asking for more information.

Come on Jim, that's doing the many who have helped you numerous times a great disservice and as you yourself have written:

also holds for those who may have been able to provide definitive instructions but missed your initial query; I certainly did and had to resort to a search of your posts (never thought to click on the link Trev supplied) to find such a short thread. It doesn't take long for *dead* threads to slip off the first page in the forum!

Anyway, RSC is the provider, and after that tick the Class159Pack01 box.

Yeah, given that recent releases have all sat under the DTG folder it's a reasonable assumption that this one does the same...however, there's always an exception to upset the apple cart!! :o

Jim seems to be able to misread peoples posts and what they are trying to say. I enjoy helping people and volunteer my time helping people with disabilities.

Pardon me, but what do you mean, by what you just said - I mean by "mis-read other people's posts, and what they're trying to say" I certainly don't "mis-read" your post, but, if you said that in English, then there's a slight I may have mis-read that, because you're English, and I'm a common Kiwi, but NOT the bird (!). That's about all I can think of, actually. Joking aside, I also happen th be deaf (most of my life, after age 10) But I speak normally to others, and so have to work out what other's are saying, at times. I can hear others when they talk, but only the sound of their voices, and I can't really understand what they're saying, unless I face them directly, and put my lip-reading skills into play, as well. No way can I understand, unless I do that. I hear by means of a cochlear implant I had in 2001.

I live by myself, having taken over the lease of the Govt. house my girlfriend of 20 years, and I lived in. She left me last year, after phoning the Police, and saying "she was "frightened of me", simply because I developed a problem of sorts, that affected my brain, and stuff like that, that takes a long time to develop, really. But nothing was wrong with me, at the time, but she still left. Right now, all that is wrong with me, is that I tend to be a little forgetful, at times. I also share my house with my pet cat - a lovely little boy, who's black & white, and have had him since he was a kitten, given to me by a young lady who turned up on Saturdays, to prepare evening meals for me. She's since left, for a more well-paying job. My other cat, of 15 years, died late last year. Me in a nutshell, I guess. On, and of course - I love all kinds of trains, and I know where to stop ! :-? Oops - my age ? I'm 67 years young. :)

Regards...

Jim McDermott

Jim
The class 159 is in the RSC\ class 159 01 folder.
I hope you got that Burnham scenario working in the end. It was a bit tricky.
I've got a 16yr old black cat, eats more than me if I let him. Good luck then, go along patiently with TS. It can be confusing for us oldies at times.
