The lack of NSE is perfectly understandable, it will be sought after. Little point wasting man hours on a livery nobody will pay for. It is a logical business decision and it's what I'd do too, they do have staff wages to pay after all - and unlike the poor excuse for democracy we just had in the UK, your opinion on the matter is voiced perfectly democratically via your wallet.k3v1n989a813 wrote:Sorry for my criticisms, but I heard somewhere that the excuse for only releasing 1 livery for £11.99 is because of the poll that was held a few month ago showing that the majority want trains with their logos on it. What I don't understand is the lack of the NSE livery. Paying £11.99 for one livery and paying 3 more quid just to get a slightly modified model with a different skin seems a bit cheeky to me.
Cast your mind back to when the ECML-S and Class 91 were both in development. Many people were adamant it would make sense to bundle the 91 with the ECML-S and have the Class 365 as payware - in reality, any businessman who spent 5 minutes asking 2 or 3 enthusiasts would realise that in business terms DTG went about it the ideal way for them.
It's not about having your pants pull down, it's about them supporting the ongoing updates and free core program upgrades through different means.
