I have absolutely no use for these coaches - but it's such a lovely set of models I will get them at the next payday.
They look as good as the Bullied Coaches

Hello Gordon,
A big thank you for another superb set of coaching stock!
I can list a good number of items that I rate highly in this sim, but I can say with certainty that the quality of your
coaches brings an extra dimension, topped off by interior views that are just fabulous.
Stunning!
Thank you.
John

That you will spend GBP7 and not use them...............749006 wrote:Why?levisham wrote:How sad.749006 wrote:I have absolutely no use for these coaches - but it's such a lovely set of models I will get them at the next payday.![]()

I did not say that I would not use them just I have not worked on on which routes to use themlevisham wrote:That you will spend GBP7 and not use them...............749006 wrote:Why?levisham wrote: How sad.
But I suspect they may appear in scenarios for some of the routes I own.
If not they can be used on routes like North East Rails.
I don't buy DLC for the sake of it.

Re: LNER Thompson 52’4” Non Corridor Coach Set
Personally I think that they will very be useful on the North Lincolnshire Lines
Re: LNER Thompson 52’4” Non Corridor Coach Set
Lots of ex LNER routes to run them on. Cambridge and North East for starters, not to mention certain Scottish lines too. Think I'm getting the scenario writing bug again, even with ghost passengers
Re: LNER Thompson 52’4” Non Corridor Coach Set
Just uploaded a scenario for the Thompson Subs.
. A modified version of my York Fair scenario. Runs on the North East Rails route available here File ID: 31976. More to come

Re: LNER Thompson 52’4” Non Corridor Coach Set
Hi Gordon,
Thank you for this surprise addition to your excellent (and very useful) Thompson non-corridors.
With all the vans you have modelled running proper parcels trains is no longer a problem. At the risk of sounding ungrateful (which I am certainly not…!) I just hope that someday you will find the time to model a few more Thompson corridor coaches, especially the very numerous thirds and/or the compo as an ex-LNER CK would fill a gap in the sim. But I look forward to whatever is next…!
