Not all black, just an easy guessing game being played by DTG.

The question really is Hull Trains or Grand Central, or might we hope, both...
If only all problems on the big railway could simply be TAB'd past...

It would be great to have a 180. I expect DTG will follow their usual policy of one livery only ( probably First Hull Trains as they already have an agreement with First ). However I'm sure the expert re-skinners will soon put matters right. Are FGW still using 180s on the Cotswold Line ? The Northern livery also looked great on 180s , although these are now non current.

Yes, 180s are still in use by FGW

Lovely! If the netting is a clue (ie the screenshot was taken on the route the scenarios are for) then it'll be Grand Central or Hull Trains. Either would be fine by me, they're very handsome things..

I notice the train under OHLE so FGW seems out but it could still be either First Hull Trains or Grand Central.

And do DTG have an agreement with First for use of logos/train etc? If so where is the 185?

It must be agreements with the different groups. We have First Great Western liveries.
For disclosure, I am affiliated with a third party developer however, I do not know anything about any future releases unless I'm working on them and even then, I'd be breaking years worth of built up trust to say anything about it ;-)

Ooh, one of the few modern units I'm fond of!

Hope it's a bit more engaging than their Voyager, but I won't be surprised if it's not :/

I'm glad there will be a (decent) train for this ECML, or even the third party modern routes north of Peterborough. I can expect the sounds to be the same as the DTG 220, albeit with different door sounds, and slightly different engine revving since its transmission is not electric.

Being optimistic: hopefully it will have FGW liveries aswell, as DTG have the licence for FGW.
