F12 screenshots
F12 decided to stop working last night and it's having a holiday tonight, as well. Any ideas as to what I can do that is not too drastic to get it back again?
Regards, John.

Go trough the possibilities! Have you:
+ Checked that there is paper in the printer? (Once Print-Screen was spooled to a disk file. Can you believe that?)
+ Changed keyboard language?
+ Soaked F12 is some substance?
+ Filled the the disk that hold the target folder?
+ Reassigned F12? (I use mine for being covered in dust, very effective.)
Best of luck!
(Waiting for a GFV, to see if it will fix the broken front and station lights.)

Another way to take screenshots in TS2015 is with the Ctrl + S shortcut.

Re: F12 screenshots
Are other F keys working? A common mistake is to have the F-Lock key set wrong, so that F keys perform their alternative function.
Worth mentioning, I think we've all fallen foul of that at some point until we learned differently!

Re: F12 screenshots
I always use the Print Scrn key, the only draw back doing it this way is that your screen shot is not saved. You have to stop TS and open a program like paint and paste and save it.

Also, some keyboards have a lock button for the F keys which may have been pressed accidentally.

Definitely not locked, F2 works OK to save and F12+fn increases the volume OK, too. I'll try Ctrl+S...............thanks.

Re: F12 screenshots
I updated from W8 to W8.1 this morning and that has cured the F12 problem but now on this forum I have lost the 'post reply' and 'new topic' buttons since the update. And there is no going back with a system restore once W8.1 is installed.
