2: Eaos-x 075 @ 4 Euro http://www.virtual-railroads.de/eaos-x-075.html
The activities for the BR111 in blue-beige require the blue-beige epoch 4 coaches and I'm wondering if they are the same coaches as come with the BR118 package sold on steam, or if these are different versions.

Would these coaches work with the activities for the BR111, or only after meddling with RWTools?

Are the coaches sold directly from VR any different from the ones sold via Steam? Are they any how upgraded, and if yes would those upgrades be worth paying for?

I hope anyone here knows!

Thanks,

I vaguely remember asking the same question on a previous occasion, and I think that they are, so don't buy without checking carefully. Perhaps someone else will be able to confirm.

They are the same, but use a different installation path, so you would need to use RWTools depending on which version was required for your scenario.

I don't know why they didn't release a simple update with "quick drive" enabled after almost three years.

Can't wait to see what's coming on 24th... hope it will be something for everyone (like last year) and not a huge discount on something attractive that I most probably already have...

This the one I've been waiting for. BR156 at ten Euro. http://www.virtual-railroads.de/db-br156.html
And once you've installed it you get a link to a free MEG repaint, nice!

Liking the EL BR156 and the way it operates and the wagons look and sound good too. Taking a nice steady 110kph run from Koblenz to Koln. :)
