Hi
You can use either the Utilities found in your steam apps\common\Railworks folder the scroll down to TS Utilities, click on that,or if you have Win rar or 7zip you can open the rwp file and paste the folder\s in to the relevent Railworks folder.
The first method can be quite longwinded, the second you have to know what you are doing.

Cheers mate I managed to sort it with the first one you said
Re: How too install rwp files
I just tried to run utilities.exe and all of the buttons in the app are not working says on the tabs across the top:
RS_TXT_WRAPPER_TOOLS_AND_DOCS all the other navigation buttons seem to have similar things on them. I need to install an RWP. I was going to try the 7zip method but that's not downloading from sourceforge either seems the files missing.

You can download 7Zip from the source here http://www.7-zip.org/ .
As for Utilities.exe, have you tried running it as an administrator? the problem might be to do with permissions. I haven't used it for ages, as I always use 7Zip.
