Thompson B1 Pack 02?

I am trying to play one of the Workshop scenarios for the West Highland line,its the Steam Tour one.It calls for a green Thompson B1 found in an RSC Thompson Pack 02.I have looked and cant find this at all as RSC DLC.Any ideas?I have swapped it over to a black one but thats not the point.
