I've somehow messed up the sky on some routes!

Can anyone help me sort out a problem I've caused somehow that has left me with totally black sky on the routes, Blythe & Tyne, North East Rails and SECML. I cant work out what I've done to affect them so badly,some of the different weather patterns seem wrong too,not the same as they used to be. Also'some of the station lighting on night scenarios no longer works and there's not lights on in buildings and houses along the routes. Has anyone got any ideas on how to re-set things,I tried re-installing the routes but it was still the same. The other main routes I have (all DTG) seem ok at the moment. If anyone's got any ideas,I'de love to hear them. I'm ripping my hair out.
