SSS have emailed out download links for an update to the Stanier 8F Collection Part 1 to those who already have it. Have you been able to install successfully ?

I've downloaded it (apparently successfully) three times and each time it has refiused to install. I've sent a support request to SSS.

I thought it might have been just me.At least I now know that others are in the same boat, I sent an email off to Matt earlier this afternoon (NZ time)about it which I'm sure will be rectified and then new links sent out.

Try renaming the file to remove the apostrophe in it. This allowed me to start installation, although I cancelled it as I realised I didn't have the base pack installed.

I also had the same problem, but there is a note tucked away on their web-site which mentions that only the installer has been updated, whilst the contents have remained the same. It continues by saying just to store the update on your computer if you do not wish to install it.

Regards,
Bruce.

Sorry everyone. Not sure what has gone wrong since a perfectly functioning installer was uploaded to the server yesterday. Perhaps the upload was interrupted and has been corrupted. We'll upload again this evening.

So sorry for the frustration caused by this. It frustrates me to!

Kind Regards

I take it then that a new installer link will be emailed out once again?

Unfortunately uploading this evening wasn't possible. I'll get into it during tomorrow - yes that's right, i'm going to use Sunday. I don't like the idea of keeping you all waiting!

Kind Regards

Don't worry about keeping us all waiting, I'm sure we all don't mind.
