ATTABOY to Steam or DTG
If you look at the DLC page within Steam, it has now been modified to tell you in a heartbeat which DLC you already own. I have a whole lot less than many of you long-timers, but I am building my supply up at these terrific sales. When looking at the DLC available, I sometimes get confused on which loco's I won, and which one s I do not. But GONE is that point of confusion, for now it tells me right there if I already own it (or conversely if I do not). So THANKS STEAM (or DTG) if that is who should get the attaboy for making my life a whole lot easier. Take a look guys -it's fantastic! And it didn't cost a dime!

Re: ATTABOY to Steam or DTG
It's scary just how many items are greyed out for me!

This is part of the Steam client changes, it is a nice improvement.

Re: ATTABOY to Steam or DTG
OK, this may sound silly, but I can't figure how to get to the DLC page in steam. Is it me or is the option to search by company disappeared? Any help would be appreciated.

If you go to your library, and put the view as 'game details', and then choose Train Simulator 2015, it should appear in the list of links on the right hand side

Re: ATTABOY to Steam or DTG
Many thanks for that Andy, thought I was losing the plot. Whilst on the subject of steam, I have suddenly lost all games other than TS2015, i.e. I have had to re-install all the other games. Has any one else had this?
Also, I was sure there was a way to 'switch off' steam downloads I didn't require but I can't find that now, is it still there or has it gone.
All the best, Richard.

Re: ATTABOY to Steam or DTG
Be careful as it does not list all the DLC that you have, I have the Fowler 4F 0-6-0 as DLC from DTG and it does not show up on the Steam DLC list of what I have.
But nice to see it
Thanks for posting Kenny.

It is a nice addition being able to see at a glance what you have installed and whats not. A bit scary though, as in my case all 8 pages listed of whats available are all greyed out stating" in Library" Hate to think how much I've spent on this over the past six years (not including third party addons) since the original Electronic Arts boxed edition of Rail Simulator which I still have tucked away somewhere.

Re: ATTABOY to Steam or DTG
I just logged on to my Steam account through IE11 on my non-Steam PC to check out this great new feature and found the same - I have the 4CIG but it's not marked as "owned". Hope Valve get this bug sorted quickly, as I'd hate to find myself wasting money by buying something I already have ... but of course the purchasing system SHOULD catch any of this EXCEPT for possible issues like the ICE-3, which is available both stand-alone (which I don't have) and as part of Hamburg Hanover (which I do have) ...Alicatt wrote:Be careful as it does not list all the DLC that you have, I have the Fowler 4F 0-6-0 as DLC from DTG and it does not show up on the Steam DLC list of what I have.
