railworks.exe doesn't close upon exit

If I exit the game, the EXE doesn't shut down, and I can't kill the process (access denied) so I have to reboot if I want to open the game again. Anyone else seen this issue?

I had on occurrence of this when I closed the window in-game, but I was able to halt it from the Windows Task Manager Processes screen. Otherwise, exiting via the Main Menu screen has given me no problems.

Just for reference in case anyone else has this problem, it was an issue with ESET Firewall / AV, I had to approve an update to the Railworks EXE in that software. This also cured an issue I had with scenarios taking ages to load.
