Wowsers again, Fakenham. Lingwood is my favourite station on the line - the station building is actually now a private residence. Looks so real.

Exceptional work Sir!
Brundall Gardens and Brundall, perfect, all I need are this route, the smells and sounds of Met Cam 101's and the heat of a summers day to travel back in time..... :D

Cheers guys.
Some more progress east - we arrive at Acle, the last stop before Gt.Yarmouth.
Shot from the flyover, just to the west of the station - looking towards the station itself..

Looking the other way, towards Lingwood. The old Goods shed still present..

Station shots..will reskin buildings at some point..

And lastly, at the east end of the station, signal A17 visible..

Very good look but pedant mode on.

The down starter is about twice as tall as the model you've used. Also there is a path between what I assume used to be the stations masters house and the station buildings, they look like they are joined together in the screens!
If only all problems on the big railway could simply be TAB'd past...

Oh yes - Acle is definitely as good as the other stations so far! Incidentally, I think I'm right in saying that the line curves just out of Acle and then is dead straight all the way to Breydon Junction and is one of the longest sections of dead straight track in the country.
I don't know if this helps but I found this website

Revving up my 101s and 105s........

Not quite. It curves out of Acle, runs straight for maybe a mile or so, then there is a slight kink at Stracey Arms, then it runs straight all the way to Breydon Junction.

Thanks dave. I've done that run a couple of hundred times and never noticed the slight kink .

Cheers for the comments guys.
Dave, yes, unfortunately there isn't a taller variant of that signal - I've tried the resize tool, but it doesn't work properly. I may just find a post of some description and plonk it on top of that. Regarding the path, there is a gap (if what you mean is the way out) but the angle of shot obscures it.
Malcolm, thanks for the link, some good shots on there.
Newbouy, yes, I've had a go at reskinning some signals - looking at some photo's of those semaphores, they seem to be rather weathered/rusty!
Some more progress shots - this time east of Acle, on the last leg to Great Yarmouth.

Damgate crossing..

One of Acle's distant signals. A47 seen in the background..

And regarding that kink in the line, this is where it starts - views from Branch Rd bridge, looking back towards Acle..

And lastly, in amongst the reeds!

Stunning modelling - love the trackside detail, in particular the uneven fence posts :)

Where did you get the signals from?

Dave, thanks for the link, a decent cab ride there.
Bailey, the signals are file 18479, but I have reskinned them to give a more weathered feel.
More shots - Norwich to Brundall essentially complete.
Shot looking east towards Whitlingham junction - signal for the diverging line to Sheringham..

Shot of the junction itself..

Site of the old Whitlingham station..

Shot from the A47 bypass. Speed warning for Postwick bridge, park and ride on the left..

Postwick bridge (unsure what the second speed sign should say, it's unclear in the cab ride that I have)

Approaching Brundall..

Brundall junction. Acle left, Reedham right.

Norwich station..I may have overdone it with the litter...
