So for example:
Class 87 13,99€
Class 50 13,99€
Class 150 13,99€
BNSF SD40-2 13,99€
BR Class 101 13,99€

Do you think that prices will be matched and I will get a proper price 5,99€ like for example Challenger or Robinson O4?
Did you try clicking on the "Add to cart" option?
Most of these were still listed at the regular price on the shop page, but when I add them to the cart, the reduced price is shown. Some are listed in the shop at the new reduced prices, some not, but most are actually reduced.
I'm from Australia.

Around here in the antipodes (Spain) this method has no effect. The DLCs above mentioned still shows the same price even after adding it to cart.

There seem to be quite the few bugs here then, for example the Class 50 does not show the 'TS Classics' emblem on the thumbnail like pretty much everything else. I think the important thing here is that those not getting the price are most likely experiencing an unintentional hiccup but with a bit of patience thses items should become available. I too am curious to see what happens to these items come sale time as it could be even more lucrative - I guess we are looking ahead to ThanksGiving as the next possible opportunity unless I am having a major brain fug.

I applaud this approach. I have often thought that rather than discard older models where the functionality and quality do not meet today's standards it would make sense to continue selling them but at a lower price

Other DLCs which not show the 'TS Classics' emblem:

I agree too, I have sent mail to DTG about differences in prices for regions in which few classics are not lowered with price. Hope they answer me, when I get answer I can post it if you want.
I would like to get FL Class 57 for sure and I can only with 14€ payment.

I agree. It seems a bit strange that the Strathclyde 101 is still full price, but the newer class 101 is reduced. It would be nice if they put up some of the older withdrawn content, that presumably still works, that some of us missed out on. The recently mentioned Up the Junction pack for example.

I am guessing any reason for ones that are perceived as missing or surprise inclusions is really down to how the items have been selling over the past few months. Quick everyone, let's agree to buy nothing and see if they revise them all hahaha.

I wouldn't mind if they put the 4-BIG on the TS Classics range, bringing down to £4.99 or less. It's the one Southern Region EMU I don't currently own because I just can't justify the cost to myself. :D

I've got a response from Steam Support today that they are working on the existing problems with bad pricing ( on DLCs which we mentioned like CLass 87 or Class 57 which are 13,99€ and not 5,99€).
I hope it will be solved.

Also BNSF SD40-2 and LNER Black Flying Scotsman. At least in Spain these DLCs also cost 13.99€ instead of 5.99€. :-?

What's the deal? I have just gone online to buy the 150 with a view to adding the AP soundpack (150/153/156) only to find that the price has gone up to £11.99, I thought these were supposed to be permanently low prices? :-? Off to email Dovetail Games!
