This is what I was trying to say - it's right there and it's always been there. So there were no changes in T&Cs...

I've put the relevant section in red to try and highlight it, but it is right by the input boxes.

I never remember seeing the US resident condition, but then again I've missed some pretty obvious stuff so maybe I just missed that too :(

I guess they got the code before DTG cottoned on to what was going on. It would of been nice of DTG to give all those who applied for the free version before they changed the T&C's a code. Plus it would of been some good PR for them to of done that.

the problem here is that part 5 was not there to start with if it had been i would not have applied im one of those rare few that reads the terms and conditions 1st but more to the point i did see the part about the postcard but could not see how it would enable them to see who was at the event and who was not so i considered that the card was only meant to have a link on it to type in so as to access the page meaning that if you got sent the link by someone it would be acceptable to apply with out having a card in my possession

Well I did not receive my code yet either so I presume that it will not be coming for me -- too bad, but tough luck! I can live without it but it would have been nice if it would have been a freebee :-)

Hmm I am an idiot the message arrived 2 days ago. but it seems my email client didn't put it in my inbox or the spam folder it sent it directly to the trash folder.
And then didn't tell me it was there.
It was only when I went to retrieve an email I sent to the trash folder by mistake that I discovered it. moral of the story.. don't just check your spam folders look at them all!

I think more people may get codes after Steam took the weekend off, because DTG need the Steam codes to issue. I actually think this is a quite savvy move they have made regardless of the link going a bit viral. How many people may have got the game who wouldn't necessarily have purchased it? Yes we got it for the route, but it opens up a whole new set of customers to the temptation of the large DLC catalogue.

I just received an email from DTG with the code. They must be checking details individually, hence the delay over the weekend.
