Sent mine off 2 days ago, received the free code this morning 
Can confirm it will download to your existing installation. Had a quick play and actually quite like it despite never having been a fan of yank stuff before.

I did see on the registration page thing saying if you picked up a leaflet at the national day event thing or something like that, I wondered if there was a code or something to input but there wasn't
