Guys which of the 2 routes on special would be the better one to buy. Help please..Bristol Avonmouth or the Bishop to Arlington route....

Both are very good but Bristol to Avonmouth has abit more scope so I'll say go for that one.

If so, is the update a separate patch or now included in the download?
