AI Whistle blowing

Ive finally figured out a way to get AI trains to do stuff they cant normally do,
like blow whistles at whistleboards or workmen.
The method can be expanded to make AI Pantograph/3rd Rail shoes work aswell.

That was able by using the scenario scripting since a long time Place a TrackMark, add an event for that, handle that event in the script and call a controller on the specific train (you need a proper name for your AI train consist to call on).

Go along HS1 and all the 395's are running Pantograph Down - be good if that could be cured.
