RSC Class 56 and Class 52

As the subject says, Achievements have appeared for RSC Class 56 and Class 52.

Class 52 seems to have scenarios for Exeter - Paignton.

Is this a re-release of the original steam 56?

Those who know the answer to that will undoubtedly be constrained by NDA's so speculation is not helpful.
