Scenario properties question

Hi folks,

Is there any way through an lua script of reading the vehicle values that you can enter to set various bits such as destination blinds when you place a vehicle into a scenario? For example to be able to read a couple of extra codes or a letter?

Also, is there any way that the current timetable location can be read? (Ie. the location that appears on the timetable screen)
