Sorry you fellas are having trouble, but I can only say nobody else on steam has reported this problem. I would suggest, dont use RW tools to remove a route. You dont need to, you can delete a route using Railworks own tools. Using external products might just be whats confusing it.

My advice, do a system cache to ensure there isnt something already missing (after unsubscribing and then deleting), subscribe again, then do a cache verify after you have downloaded. At the very least, always clear cache after downloading a route. That in itself can cause problems.

Hope you get it sorted out soon. If not, Ill try uploading it again and see if we have the same problem.

Route runs well, and looks good, countryside is just like what I remember of the area, it has the look and feel just right I think. Been about 14 years since I last worked in Skipton.
Though I could not take on water near one of the stations when I stopped beside the water tower with my 4MT tank, I didn't need water thankfully, just I wanted to top off the tank for the next section north bound between Settle and Carlisle.
Yeah, they probably were all non functional by the time the route is set, but if you point out which one I can try and fix it if you like. :)

It only updated on my system when I went into the Workshop menu from the Collections screen. As soon as I landed there a bar appeared at the bottom of the screen to say it was downloading the update. I've driven the new stretch and love it. Thank you for making the route end at Skipton, where I believe the RSC route should have done in the first place.

I've just had a problem with the update for this route. Steam started and completed a download, but when I ran TS2014 it eventually stopped responding and Steam itself shut down with no error message.
I have had the same problem - I solved it by using my son's Steam account where he has a basic TS2014 installation, subscribing to S&C 1975, then transferring the route file to a memory stick and into my computer. Works a treat now, but no idea why the problem.

I am not totally convinced it was this route only. I seem to be having a problem with other newly subscribed workshop items!.

Great route BTW - love Skipton :)

Worked straight out of the box, so to speak. Look forward to experiencing it some more when I've had some sleep :)

Ive upped a further update. Put in Upperby shed so you can run steam railtours, and also taken the liberty of reopening the closed stations (well the ones that were historically available anyway) so you can run Dalesman excursions with the class 101.

How does anyone feel about me using some of the assets from Hacket hill? I like the shunter and the loading gantry for one of the quarrys at Horton, and just wondered how wide the ownership was. It will probably load the route anyway without it, because its only a few assets.

I'd have to ask what "Hackett Hill" was first :-)

No problem. Hope you have fun with it everyone.

More updates to come, though im not quite sure what or when at the moment. I dont want to do too much more, but a couple of quarries I think might be a good idea.

Ahh, right! Wasn't being awkward, just thought it was something I'd missed! :-)

Works for me - would mean the assets get more use than I currently give them :-\

Appreciate all your hard work, chap :-)

Cheers,
Rik.

Really enjoying this route - the Warcop branch is a great addition! - however i'd appeal against the assets from Hatchet Hill, especially if it is only one or two little bits....

I would be happy with the Hatchet Hill inclusion, but would it be possible to have S&C 1975 as two Worksop Routes, one as is now (without Hatchet Hill) and the second one as you would like it to be with HH? A choice then for those with or without and an opportunity for all with the DLC S&C to use this excellent modification.

Tremendous work

Its a nice idea, but its hard enough updating one route, without having to do two, particularly track changes. I think after rwaceyw's comment above I shall give it a miss. at the very least I can alway use the shunters and dogfish in the pack for scenarios. A loading gantry would be nice, but to be honest seems a bit frivolous when most of the time the loco would be picking up wagons someone had already filled for them.

Be nice if RSC actually sold the loading assets as a separate pack. I might consider them then because the price for people buying additional assets wouldnt be high.
