Fire up your 3D modelling tool and start building some rolling stock, or find out what others are previewing here. If you have questions about how to make the blueprints work or what names mean what in models, here's the place to find out your answers.

rotate the coupler

Post by MallardFan »

Ok this is a weird one - my "rear" coupler appears to be in the wrong direction - its facing into the train :o

Any how to get it to rotate around to face outwards?

You can turn it round by changing the numbers in the matrix boxes in the blueprint - not recommended

In blueprint editor go to preview then select the offending coupling in the bottom left hand flyout, then rotate the white arrow, that has been selected in the screen, through 180deg.

Or do it the really easy way and use the following programme - simples.

OK thanks, didn't realise that the Coupler Utility still worked with the new matrix coupler position blueprint

Thanks!
