Looking for some reskins Class 90/DVT

Post by groundhog »

Does anyone know if there exists a DBS/EWS Executive livery for the Mk 3 DVT and a green Freightliner livery for the Class 90? (for either Class 90 pack)
Thanks.

Thanks. Looks really nice what they have to offer, but I'm a bit hesitant - they seem to require a lot of personal information for a free download.

If your willing to wait there is one due to be released on the games marketplace that was made by AP/Waggonz.

Quick clarification, the freightliner reskins (both green and powerhaul) are due to go on the marketplace. I'm guessing there's a licensing issue at present. As far as I'm aware, only the coach set is available in EWS executive from here:

I don't suppose you have any idea on a date for them do you? I know DTG have had them for ages now

The only thing they said when asked over on steam is that there are a lot of repaints with branding due to go up on marketplace over the next few months.

If they are going to be released through marketplace, does that imply they are going to charge us for the reskins? Don't get me wrong, I really like the Class 90, but I'm not keen on buying the same locomotive a third time. I'd rather spend my money on the 321.

I'd say the word marketplace implies charging, I don't walk through the local marketplace and take whatever food I fancy for free.

Don't think they are intended to be the same price as the main products, I think the idea is to sell extra liveries for a main pack like addons to addons. So a few quid if anything.

Well, charging a resonable amount for the reskin is fair. If they happen to add a scenario or two, or some rolling stock, that's also something I'm more than willing to pay for. As long as they don't require you to buy the whole package (3D model and all all) again, I'm fine.

That one features a little weathering, if you'd prefer something cleaner (or even have both versions!) there's one at http://www.trainsimulatorscenarios.co.uk/reskins

Has anyone else had any problems with this reskin?

I put the loco & wagons on the track at Gidea Park on GEML

Although the number in the flyout is for 90047 the number shown is not.

And the train stretched Four miles - almost to Brentwood :o
