I got this when packaging my activity (not quite finished). It's all to do with the NEWENG/FUDE folder names and it was mentioned in another thread.
Incidently Alan, the problems I was having with Weedkiller and Fast Passenger is related to this, although I'm still trying to rectify the problem.
Birdie.

Gutted
Hi guys -
I'm upset at all the bother this has caused - and being honest , its all above my head
The activity was created on a default install of fude 1.1 . The readme on the patch for version 1.2 would indicate to rename the route folder to FUDE1_2 . As this activity was created on version 1.1 I'm guessing its going to want to unpack into the fude1_1 directory.
I would be really keen to hear from anyone who has got this to work !
In the meantime , I'm a little foxed as all I have used is default installs etc.
37413 - what is the folder name of your fude route out of interest?

Hello Flob
I'm sorry about the problem that occurred with your activity - it wasn't anything you did. The error occurs when the Route ID doesn't match the name of the route folder, something which I changed when I was building the route without realising the implications.
This is a problem that only affects Activity Creators when using the packaging function - it doesn't affect downloaders and route users.

Sorry once again
Best wishes

Right. I've patched to 1.2 , and then renamed the folder to neweng , remade the activity (fingers crossed) and repackaged.
That sounding good?
A beta is now with Bob Latimer , and hopefully , we've got it cracked !
If you can see anything wrong with that process , do shout at me !
Many thanks to you all
