Uploading to UK TrainSim

Hi
I am a total novice at this, I have done a few Scenerios using non Steam products so unable to publish on Steam. I was going to have a go at putting them on UK TrainSim but cant work out how to do it. I have tried to understand the instructions on the site, can anyone help with an idiots guide please.

Which bit specifically are you stuck on?
i5 4670k@4.4 - GeForce GTX 770 2GB - 8gb Corsair Vengance - Corsair H100i Extreme Cooler - 40-50 fps and no SBHHs (yet)
