RSC Tutorials Gone?

RSC used to have a nice set of video tutorials linked off this page:

Does anyone know where these have been moved?

( and barring an answer to the above, can anyone point me to a guide to using the track cross-over construction tool? )

Unfortunately not. They are listed, but the links are all dead.

Some of them are there, but those regarding track laying and the World Editor all say 'video is missing'
