Bow End coach file problem

Post by bootednancy »

Sirs:

"NASA there's a problem here in Houston".................there is a problem with UKTS file #31882, the BR Bow End corridor coaches in Maroon.

The file will not fully download (I have downloaded the other 3 files OK) as I have tried 5 times already. At around 47% of the file (3.9 mb) the download jambs up and freezes. It will not continue of finish itself. There is probably something corrupted in the file or with the link, but I can't get it to finish.

Your attention is requested

The file downloads just fine here - all 8MB of it and opens with Winzip quite happily.

Try clearing your internet browser cache and temporary files. You may have a half downloaded one cached from earlier.
Kindest regards

I have tried John Lewis's idea and it is still not working. When the file reaches 3.9 mb it stops downloading and the window just freezes at 47% of the file. The other 3 worked fine, so there has to be something goofy with this one.

Which browser are you using ??

I have downloaded it correctly in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer. The AVG scan says the file is clean. 7Zip and WinRar both unpack the file correctly.

Hi,
I'd like to add that it downloads without problem using Mozilla Firefox :)

Hi Doug,
I don't know why you are having problems,I have just double checked all four down loads and all the s sd and wag files are in all four folders.
I have just noticed Alec has with drawn the non corridor BR Crimson set, don't know why though,so far 92 people have down loaded the Maroon Corridor set,I would have thought if there was a problem other people would have mentioned it by now.

I had to reissue one upload because of the 30 character limit.

Doug
I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems downloading one of the Bow End sets, and if it helps I would be prepared to send you the 7zip file direct. Just let me know your email address by PM.
