There's been a new update released for the BR103 TEE package. Unfortunately the version history section is silent about what has been modified/fixed. Maybe something with the coaches as they were updated separately too and no other br103 packages received this update.

Not at all.
There it says "kleine Änderungen", which translated from German would be "small changes".
Perhaps these changes are so small that it was not worth describing them in detail.
