Took me while to work it out, but try the following.
1. Main menu, click Collections.
2. Bottom right screen, click workshop subscriptions.
3.Click browse. Choose and subscribe to the scenario you want.
4.Click return to game, top of screen.
5.Scenario you have subscribed to will then show in left box.
6.Click on it to highlight and "NEXT" box will clear.
7. Click next and scenario will load to play and also be put into standard scenarios for that route.

When I click the next button, to play the scenario, it just locks up
