Can someone load up JTs Class 20 and tell me if they have got an upside down cab view as well? :D

Also, I've noticed, you can no longer press <escape> if the game decides you don't have all the required assets installed. I know you can swap out for what you do have, but I'm sure before you could press ESC and carry on.

And, I'm sure I read somewhere else that JSJ or whoever will update his/her patch for track IR, just a case of waiting hopefully not too long!

I seem to be wa-a-a-ay behind all you lucky fellas.

Everything was hunky-dory this morning under the TS2013 regime.

Following the download this afternoon (didn't take very long) I now have a new opening screen (the one with three trains trying to escape a major earthquake?) which stalls/hibernates/freezes with a message about 'synchronising with the Workshop...'. I've got this far three times - and no further. Not even got to the annoying music.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Kind regards,

Also think I've lost my Immingham route (yup forgot to back it up) it no longer shows in the menu but is still there in the files. Things have changed though, I used meardy weather and its now set to L2B weather in route properties. Not sure what else got messed with but fear its a loss. Good job I was only a month into it

Apart from that, runs as well as it did before so no complaints from me.
Every single Non-RW/RS route on my system is missing all sorts of assets, thanks God for back-up. Other than that, everything is Ok :D .

It took a good few minutes on the very first run on my laptop to get past this screen. The game communicates with the Steam servers at this point and appears to download a large information file ( I have a 40MB connection so if you're on 2MB or less then this will take a while).

Once it's done that download subsequent start ups are painlessly quick. :)

The tunnels on Berlin - Wittenberg are the same, there must be a problem with the tunnel occlusions.

Have any devs or curious people found this new thing in their root folder?

A dedicated animation previewer perhaps? But I'm not sure why it's just for the wiper motion. Also I can't get it to work, it crashes once I try to open an .IA file, has anyone else had a go at it?

Reapply or uninstall the patch that Just Trains provided for the Class 20 when we went to TS2012. It might be that RSC fixed the error that initially caused the upside down view with the new camera placement system.

I don't own the 20 so can't say for certain if this'll work or not.. (it's the RW3 Hotfix on the JT support page http://www.justtrains.net/supportfaq/cl ... collection )

Is the bigger draw distance applicable only to the TS2014 included routes or the other ones too?
Yes definately

I have downloaded TS 2014...now when I try to start it I get "Railworks.exe has stopped working" and cannot use the game .

Fortuanately, I have a copy of TS2013 ( and (YS 2012 ) on another hard drive well protected from updates.

But I cannot access TS2014 or any of the others on line

Verify the cache, it's likely that something is missing. (I had 145 items missing which stopped the class 70 scenario from working that I mentioned earlier, was only 20MB of files but enough to stop it from working)

For the L2B bridge and tunnel darkening, you may well have to reinstall my L2B Tunnel Occlusions file from here as L2B doesn't have occlusions as standard. I've not run it as my only try out was on WCML-N in which my occlusions were still in place. Did you Verify Cache after getting the update as that would have overwritten my occlusion files along with any AP soundpacks etc you may have installed.

Although I'm not driving in TrainGame 2014, I've still had a look around and I must say that the new QuickDrive consist editor (once it's started, took about 7 mins to load on my DLC heavy system) is pretty sweet. Love the 3D view one gets of all the strock making it mice and easy to see at a glance what's being added.

Unfortunately I made up a Class 156 NXEA two car set which was then not available in QuickDrive afterwards, even though I'd especially named and saved it. Hopefully finger trouble, but weird and time consuming nonetheless.

Class 20 upside down cab is an old issue and JT have a patch on their support site that fixes it. Just download and use the patch and your 20s should be fine again.

Anyone on Win-XP and unable to launch the Blueprint Editor?

Also, anyone find where the Geometry Export feature mentioned by RSC might be?
Cheers!
