Class 67 Advanced - Just Trains

Post by zigal »

Just Trains is running a special on this Loco. Is this worth exploring at that price. Suggestions please

Probably depends on whether you've got the RSC one already. I myself had the RSC one and subsequently got the Just Trains model as part of significantly discounted bundle. It's a good loco and has some extra functionality but I wasn't entirely impressed by the sound set. On the other hand it does come with the car carriers which are a useful addition in their own right. For £7ish I'd say go for it.

I'd say yes on the basis physics and advanced features and the car carriers are a steal

Yes. It has some nice features. Its not up to waggonz standards, but it easily beats RSCs standard stuff. Bit of a lack of scenarios for it, but they did recently add two on L to B. of course there is always RWtools to swap RSC 67s out.

That is very tempting to buy it if it is reduced as i have always been disapointed with the RSC model

Don't forget the patch - unless you like FWS
