Dan Snows History of Railways

Post by sargnickfury »

Just found this series on Youtube the other day while looking for train videos for my son. Wow, really excellent overall. I really wish he would have gone more into details about the evolution of the railway in America, Germany, Switzerland etc....I did find it to be more of a British history of Railways, and sometimes maybe not giving credit to over seas innovations. With that said, it's still a really excellent series, and presented in a very entertaining manner. I'm sure if we did one like this here it would also be more focused on American rail history so I don't hold that against it. It's just he did such a good job I would love to see him continue on other railroads. I highly recommend people watching it.
