Track speedlimit color does not work in the world editor

Hello,
I have created a new track rule and defined the track speed limit colors in the rule,e.g. 200km/h green,220km/h blue.But in the world editor I placed tracks using my rule,when I use spacebar to alternate the track speed colors it shows unspecified (default speed limit is 200km/h). Othe speed limit like 160kph shows colors but not I defined,it seems the same with Hagen-Siegen mainline track rule.
I have cleared the cache ,but the problem is still there.
