I am wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this scenario on the Granfield Branch. The player (freight) train stops at Thenhill and goes to pick up further wagons from Siding 1 - about four of them. I am finding that they simply won't couple, not even if I reverse all the way to the far end of the siding, so that the large icon tells me I'm fully there. Naturally of course the scenario won't progress any further without these.
Any ideas anyone please?
Thanks
David W.

Re: Market Day Medley
Have you 'Automatic Coupling' and 'Coupling Overide' turned on? Found in the gameplay settings section of the game settings screen accessible from the main menu. I've just run to the point you're having bother with and had no trouble coupling.
Not much help I know, but at least you know it does work (for one person at least)

It certainly is good to know that it works for somebody! I already had "coupling override" on, but added "automatic coupling" - to no avail. Strange!"
Thanks for getting back to me.

Are you dropping the first lot of wagons off at the platform and then going 'light engine' for the ones in the siding?

Works OK for me too, I'm afraid.

Have you edited this scenario in any way?
Swapping stock with RW Tools for example.

Thanks for the suggestion, which had already occurred to me. If I swap stock in RWTools, does that mean I can continue the scenario from the present point, or does it have to be started again?gptech wrote:Have you edited this scenario in any way?

Re: Market Day Medley
It wasn't a suggestion but a question---if you'd swapped an item of stock that is referenced in a trains instructions but elected not to use the same number it'd cause troubles; you might have issues if you'd swapped a wagon out for a reskin that for whatever reason isn't compatible with the loco.....
