I've had a loco run fine in a scenario, turn onto a different track and slip like a mad thing on WLOS. On Woodhead, I found that slip is difficult to get between Manchester and Dinting but the climb from Dinting to Woodhead is very hard with the sound-pack's friction settings.

Yes, it must be something else that has an effect on the slipping. Could it be that different sections of rail, in Woodhead for example, have different 'track rules'. Don't get me wrong, I know the word but do not really know what it is

, but I could imagine that these rules include several parameters that could have an effect on the slipping of loco's in TS2013.
Anyway, I have changed the values for friction on the dirty Woodhead Black 5 even lower than the values that Matt indicated to have used for the default B5 and fimally got it to slip, actually still had to 'help' a bit, but I still have not been succesful to have it slip in the violent manner, for example when departing a station, as you can see in Matt's video. Also the slipping sound did not kick in all the time when the wheels were actually slipping. Must do some more experimenting on different track. Perhaps Matt can tell us what type of track (trackrule?) he used the most when he tested the slipping sounds?
Besides this, the sounds are just wonderful and so 'real'. I even start to recognize the different hissing sounds, and know that for example the blower is still on or the brakes have not been set to running. Great job, Matt & Mark
