Thanks Keith, I have completed from Peak Forest to Edale which means Cowburn and Dove Holes Tunnels are done,I was thinking of putting the route up as a lot of good traffic movements can be done, i.e. train from Sheffield comes into Chinley, shunts its train back over to the up lines, then the engine goes and turns on the TTable then back onto the train and after the St Pancras / Manchester arrives it goes back to Sheffield..
I have always been fascinated by Chinley and its traffic, just about every kind of MR, LMS or BR train could be seen there, a continuous stream of freight and passengers. So the route is solely for my pleasure but think a few may appreciate to too..
