EDIT The package manager doesn't recognise the new files as different and exits with the message the assets are already installed. I've extracted them using 7-Zip and added them manually.
Keith,
It should still install them, even though you get this message. It certainly did when I tested it on my setup.

I've cloned one of the scenarios for WLoS and swapped the Black 5 player loco for the (very nice) Mogul. However, the loco has no numbers on the cab or on the front. How do I fix that? (I've made sure that kngtrains\Addon is ticked for the cloned version.)

I'm really not sure about that as I've never tried cloning scenarios.

Do the numbers turn up when you run the scenario?

You should be able to add the number manually in the scenario editor by clicking on the loco and adding the number on the right hand side pull out menu that appears, when you click on the loco.

I would guess there is every chance you didn't untick the box in RW_Tools marked "Don't change numbers when swapping stock". This would cause your scenario to retain the Black 5's engine number configuration and if the format is different to the 2-6-0 (which is extremely likely) it will display nothing.

Quick solution is to go back into RW_Tools and swap the 2-6-0 again, for itself (so to speak), but untick the box first.

If you go in and edit the scenario, place a another mogul in game nearby temporarily, double click and copy the numbering onto the player train it will also fix it.

A big thank you from me 8)

A lovely engine, works very well, looks good, sounds amazing.

Thanks very much to kevmt, sss and everyone else involved. Very enjoyable.

Also, the first steam engine that I've successfully managed to drag 20 loaded coal wagons up the Nant Cymdda Bach climb with - down to 8mph at the top of the steepest section, but stuck it out. The wheelslip animation and sounds when I tried to wind on some more reverser on the main climb reminded me of some of the archive films of rebuilt southern pacific re-starting heavy passenger trains

Excellent.

(PS - I too needed the patch - couldn't see the loco in scenario editor without it, so thanks for the prompt fix)

Thanks for the hints guys. I hadn't unticked the "Don't change numbers when swapping stock" box in RW_Tools. I have now and I have numbers! Thanks again.

Thanks for the tips on adding a number. I've been trying all sorts for ages to fix that problem. I swapped it once then saved (box not ticked),then swapped again for the same model and it works.
The WLOS Black 5 look excellent but I prefer driving the Woodhead dirty black 5 so now I can swap a few in cloned scenarios and give them numbers, as well as a load of other steam locos
