Hi All.
Can anyone tell me if the MT website is still active?
The reason is, on the 1st of March I bought their Scottish Capitals Express CD and so far, up till today, I still haven't received it. I sent in a support ticket on the 11th but once again I have not been contacted. I even sent Buffy 500 a pm but still nothing.
Does anyone know how to contact any of the MT team to ask what the problem might be?
I would appreciate any help that anybody can give....
Cheers.
John.

Hi John,
Once you are logged in on the MT website; there should be an "Account Maintenance" option on the left hand sidebar.
This will show you the status of the order.
I haven't seen either Dave or Tony around for a while here though; but as far as I'm aware they're still going.

Re: Making Tracks website
Hi John, I posted a query on one of the Forums the other day and Chris Heighton answered
fairly quickly, so there is someone keeping an eye on things on the site.

Thanks Geoff and Bob.
I received a pm from Dave yesterday telling me he had got in touch with the retail chap (Tony) to look into it.
I'll see what comes of it.

Re: Making Tracks website
I have the same problem, only my order is even older, paid for Feb. 24th. No response to tickets I've submitted or to any emails I've sent.
I hope I hear something soon!
