european community asset pack info.

Hi I'm struggling to work out if I need to purchase the European community asset pack for Train Sim 2013, I bought the game after the 20th September 2012.
The routes that were already pre-installed on the game when I bought it are GWML, ECML, IOW and London to Brighton, do I need to download the European community asset pack for the game or is everything on this pack already installed on the game anyways?

Ok that's fine then, but I will be creating content for Train Sim 2013 (freight rolling stock) though in the future will I need to purchase it for that as it mentions something about 3rd party content for developers who are creating like myself, or still would I be fine?

All is fine because you have it. It's important for users who want install your content (e.g. repaints for a freight wagon) and who haven't a route like GWML, ECML or Hagen - Siegen (where the european community asset pack is included). They have to buy the asset pack if they want enjoy your work.
