Done it again !!!

This is getting rediculous, but I have IE9, and have forgotten <AGAIN!> where to find the personal settings for downloads you want to have where you prefer them to be. Someone recently assisted me, and I got it correct, but have since forgotten yet again. I had a mild stroke about 3-4 years ago, and it's affected my mermory to the point I just can't recall what seem the easiest things, these days ! Can someone kindly remind me how to get to this preference setting, please ? I'll write it down next time, so I can find it in my notebook. And thanks to anyone able to help here ! Cheers.

Click Options at the bottom Left
Choose your directory
